Ms. Pak joined FSB Legal Counsel after serving as Vice President & General Counsel for over nine years at a fast-growing national human services provider. Over the course of the nine years she worked with the company, Ms. Pak was responsible for various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Qualify Assurance, Insurance, and Human Resources. Ms. Pak provided legal assistance for all mergers and acquisitions activities, human resources matters, and family law matters for the company, in addition to overseeing all litigation matters. During Ms. Pak’s tenure there, the company’s revenues grew from $150 million to $750 million. At FSB, Ms. Pak is working to expand her corporate practice to include trust & estates work. Ms. Pak has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations including: the Korea-Southeast United States Chamber of Commerce, the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, and Cornell Law School. Ms. Pak has been honored with consecutive Most Outstanding Member Awards from the Korean Chamber. She is also a member of Leadership Atlanta class of 1999, a member of the Diversity Advisory Council for The Westminster Schools, and an officer of the Parents’ Association for Holy Spirit Preparatory School.
