Biography
Mr. Goode is a real estate attorney who specializes in leasing, development and real estate finance. He has experience negotiating and drafting leases for both landlord and tenants for office, retail and office/industrial properties. He has represented clients in the acquisition, development and sale of mixed-use, office and retail properties and raw land. He has experience assisting lenders and borrower with construction loans, loan refinancing and restructuring, loan work outs and foreclosures.

- National bank in drafting and negotiating ground, retail and office leases and managing site development of over 30 retail bank sites
- Lender in connection with foreclosures, workouts and restructuring of loans
