Mr. Meadows brings more than 22 years of experience focused almost exclusively on technology transactions and related legal matters. That experience, coupled with an understanding of the underlying technology, enables him to provide realistic risk assessments, rather than mere issue spotting, and creative approaches to solving problems as or before they are encountered. He counsels clients on technology matters outside of their traditional core competencies, ranging from structuring (or terminating) long-term or strategic information technology or business process outsourcing relationships to creating Internet and e-Business strategic alliances to investigating and building wireless electronic commerce offerings and implementing data and information security solutions.  He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of domestic and offshore outsourcing agreements and a wide variety of technology-related agreements, including transactions covering development, license, systems integration, manufacturing, hosting, consulting and related services.  He regularly advises clients on their Internet and e-Business offerings, including coverage of E-SIGN and regulatory compliance issues. His clients are among the largest companies in the world, spanning a wide range of industries, including financial services and insurance, energy, transportation and logistics, travel, telecommunications, technology and related services, manufacturing and media services.

Mr. Meadows has been ranked as one of America's leading lawyers by Chambers USA for Business Process Outsourcing since 2006, and was named one of the "Best Lawyers in America" for Information Technology Law, as published in Best Lawyers in America, 2007 and 2008 editions. He has also been listed in the Rankings of Top Business Process Outsourcing Firms Globally and Top IT and IT Outsourcing Practices in the United States, both by Chambers Global. He is a Past Chair of the Technology Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and a past Appointee and Secretary to the Information Technology Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York, Georgia and the District of Columbia.
