Ms. Booher concentrates her practice on domestic and international corporate transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and technology licensing.  Ms. Booher also counsels clients on privacy and data secruity matters and on general corporate matters.

Ms. Booher has represented clients in a diverse array of industries, including technology and media, transportation and consumer goods.  Her clients range from start-ups to large international corporations.

Ms. Booher has extensive experience preparing and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial contracts, including asset purchase agreements, share purchase agreements, angel and venture capital financing documents, joint venture and strategic alliance agreements, outsourcing agreements, and technology license agreements.

Ms. Booher also has broad experience structuring and implementing the global expansion of Internet, e-commerce and technology services for major companies.  This work includes advising on the legal issues associated with regimes governing the collection, handling and transnational movement of data and personal information.
