As senior in-house corporate counsel for several major companies, Mr. Doyle has advised clients in general business and commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis in environmental, health and safety law.  He has practiced in Texas, Alaska, California and other locations in the United States, as well as Canada, Mexico, Latin America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Doyle has worked in the energy industry, including oil and gas and refining, as well as the chemical, manufacturing and natural resources industries.  With respect to environmental, health and safety law, his practice expertise includes the areas of air and water quality, waste and remediation, compliance, permitting, enforcement, occupational safety, process safety and product stewardship.  Mr. Doyle has represented corporate clients before state and federal agencies, and he has been involved in the legislative and regulatory processes for many major federal and state environmental, health and safety initiatives.  He has chaired a number of industry trade and advocacy groups and is active in local bar associations and community groups.

Mr. Doyle's focus is to partner with corporate clients to develop practical and cost-effective solutions to compliance, permitting, transactional and enforcement matters arising under state, federal and international environmental, health and safety laws and regulations.
