Mr. Feldhahn offers FSB clients extensive corporate expertise, which he developed as a corporate and securities attorney at a large New York law firm, and later as the president and General Counsel of an Atlanta-based software company. As a former executive and in-house attorney, he has handled a broad range of issues faced by emerging companies during the initial growth stages. These include management, employment, sales, marketing, finance, shareholder, strategic alliance, consulting, and distribution issues. Mr. Feldhahn also has experience in assisting nonprofit organizations in obtaining tax-exempt recognition from the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS has never rejected an application for recognition of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status that Mr. Feldhahn has handled for a client. As part of his scope of expertise in representing tax-exempt organizations, he has also counseled numerous nonprofit organizations concerning the structural, management, and ongoing compliance issues faced by charitable organizations.
