Ms. Lynch joins FSB FisherBroyles from the corporate department of Kilpatrick Stockton, where she concentrated her practice on commercial transactions and equity financings.  Ms. Lynch has extensive experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, such as manufacturing, franchising, licensing, distribution, consulting and sales agreements, for a variety of clients. Other areas her practice has extended to include business and technology outsourcing, debt and equity financings, credit facilities, strategic investments, private placements, technology licensing and affiliations, leasing and marketing arrangements, indemnification and escrow agreements and equity compensation strategies.
