Gideon Moore brings a broad range of corporate, finance and real estate experience to the firm.  He has significant experience in negotiating and drafting various complex documents related to stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, commercial financing transactions and commercial real estate transactions, including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, pledge agreements, promissory notes, private placement memoranda, corporate organizational documents, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, confidentiality agreements, commercial leases and subleases.

Gideon has represented an array of individuals, private companies, real estate developers, public companies and financial institutions in transactions ranging in value from less than $100,000 to over $50 billion.

Gideon received his undergraduate degree in history and political science, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from Duke University School of Law where he was editor-in-chief of the Duke Law and Technology Review.  He is licensed to practice law in both New York and North Carolina.

He is an active member of several community and professional organizations including the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg Bar Association, the Federalist Society of Charlotte, the Christian Legal Society of Charlotte and King of Kings Anglican Church.
