Mr. Sheldon brings over 19 years of experience in technology related legal matters.  Prior to joining FSB FisherBroyles, he spent nine years as Counsel at the law firm of Alston & Bird where his practice centered on high technology commercial transactions, including software licensing agreements, complex technology integration agreements, software development and distribution agreements, wireless telecommunications agreements and related corporate legal matters.  Mr. Sheldon also acted as a lead outside counsel for a Fortune 100 corporation with respect to various licensing and distribution matters.

Mr. Sheldon has extensive experience in the technology industry, having served as Associate General Counsel for Harbinger Corporation, Corporate Counsel for The Network Connection, and as Legal Counsel for LXE, Inc.  In those positions, Mr. Sheldon worked closely with the research and development, sales and distribution departments in drafting and negotiating complex intellectual property transfer and licensing agreements.  Prior to attending law school, he gained valuable technology industry experience as a computer programmer.
