Biography: Mr. Snyder's practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in contract-based disputes; assisting clients with issues to all levels of governmental bodies; advising individual, campaigns and interest groups on how to comply with relevant election law; and advising businesses on how to navigate issues related to compliance with or violations of criminal statutes. Having handled thousands of cases in the state court system, Mr. Snyder is well-prepared to address a client's concern regarding how a case will proceed in litigation and what the potential outcomes will be. Mr. Snyder also has a proven appellate court record demonstrating success for his clients. Along with a distinguished litigation practice, Mr. Snyder has been active in elective politics for over 20 years. While an elected official, he developed a strong network of political contacts, as well as a reputation for being a straight shooter and the ability to build consensus among various constituencies. As a staff member and volunteer for local, state and federal office holders, Mr. Snyder gained valuable experience that he draws on to assist his clients with government relations and election law compliance. Mr. Snyder is admitted in all North Carolina District and Superior Courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of North Carolina, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a Member of the Inns of Court, Justice Bobbitt Chapter. |
