Ms. Turk specializes in the areas of federal, state, and local income taxation, business partnerships and corporate law.  She is an experienced corporate attorney who is involved in all aspects of commercial transactions.  She drafts, reviews, and analyzes operating and partnership agreements, private offering documents, acquisition agreements and loan facility documents.

Her experience includes a wide range of transactional matters, including the formation, structuring and tax planning and opinions relating to corporations, general and limited partnerships, investment funds, limited liability companies, and tax-exempt organizations.  Ms. Turk also obtains rulings and handles controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, including appilcations for the tax-exempt status for tax-exempt organizations.

Her investment fund experience includes the representation of clients in connection with all aspects of real estate fund structuring and formation, both nationally and internationally.  She also represents investors, lenders and developers with respect to low income housing and rehabilitation tax credits.

Ms. Turk is a member of the Board of Directors of Emerald City Theatre and is the Chair of the Board Governance Committee.
