We created FSB in response to:

  • client concerns about the cost and inefficiencies of traditional law firms and
  • the growing number of attorneys who are unhappy practicing law in the big firm regime where you must “sacrifice your life” to make partner and to make partners sitting at the top of the pyramid rich.

We assembled a group of experienced attorneys from some of the largest U.S. firms and created a business model that eliminates unnecessary overhead associated with traditional law firms.  We pass the savings to clients in the form of drastically lower rates.  The FSB model allows our attorneys to easily develop long-term business relationships, bill less, and earn more. 

FSB clients get partner-level attorneys at rates that are lower than first year associate rates at large law firms.  We save clients significant legal fees while increasing the quality of the work product by eliminating the multi-layer approach to practicing law that starts with superfluous paralegals and includes inexperienced attorneys supervised by experienced senior associates or junior partners, who are then micromanaged by senior partners.

All FSB attorneys are members of the Firm; all are former senior attorneys at large law firms (such as Alston & Bird, Baker & McKenzie, Dewey Ballantine, Hunton & Williams, Morris Manning, Holland & Knight, and McKenna Long Aldridge).  In addition, all have to meet minimum standards of excellence.
