We created FSB in response to client demand, rampant inefficiencies in traditional law firm business models, and the rapidly increasing number of attorneys who are unhappy practicing law under the “Big Law” mantra of “sacrifice your life for the firm” in order to someday make equity partner. We have assembled a group of highly-qualified attorneys from some of the largest U.S. firms and some of the most sophisticated corporate legal departments and have created a business model that eliminates the unnecessary overhead associated with traditional law firms.
